小野口家は庄屋（しょうや） として、江戸時代に村落の代表者を務めた旧家であり、宇都宮近郊の典型的な豪農の屋敷構えを残しています。
母屋を囲むように建ち並んだ長屋門や蔵など6棟の大谷石建築物と、200mにも及ぶ大谷石の石塀は貴重な国登録有形文化財です。
恵まれた自然に囲まれた石の建物を楽しみながら、歴史を感じてみてください。

【English】 The Onoguchi Family Residence
The Onoguchi family, as Shoya, was an old family that served as a representative of the village during the Edo period, and retains the typical mansion of a wealthy farmer near Utsunomiya.
Six Oya stone buildings such as the Nagaya gate and warehouse that surround the main building and the 200m Oya stone wall are valuable nationally registered tangible cultural properties.
Feel the history while enjoying the stone building surrounded by the blessed nature.
